Your audience is composed of four groups:

1. Strangers (customers to be, just not yet)
2. Critics (those that criticize or need to be converted)
3. Friends (listen and may even buy now and then)
4. Fans (true supporters and insiders)

You can't be everything to everyone so knowing a Fan is 1000x more valuable than a converted critic or stranger is key.

An intelligent man draws maximum benefit from a minimum time investment.

Watch your back and keep your nose clean.
